Craft Nights: Origami

Heyyo! I have good news and bad news...which do you want first? Okay bad news. This post will be the end of Craft Nights. I know, it's okay you can stop crying. Good news!! This Craft Night is, by far, the easiest one ever. Yayyy.

The Craft: Origami Swan and Sailboat

Not only is this easy as pie, but, oh shoot now I want pie. Ughh. Anyways, this is also super fun. You get to make a little boat and swan out of a piece of paper! They both stand up on their own and they are way too cute.

Get your materials

  1. A square piece of paper (you can also cut a regular paper to be a square)

  2. Your hands

Fold it up

  1. I thought that this time, since it's origami, it would be easier if I just put pictures of the instructions from my book. Here they are:

You're all done!

Woop woop! Now you have a little lake duo. Speaking of lakes, this swan floats great on the water. The boat, however, you might as well name that the Titanic because the last thing it can do is float.

My finished sailboat and swan, ready to face the world

Notes:

  1. In my opinion, the sailboat is a little harder to make than the swan.

Thank you so much for reading this series: Craft Nights. I hope your new paper friends came out good. Have a wonderful night and don't forget to subscribe.
